Bathroom Fitter

Meet Craig – our bathroom fitter who genuinely takes pride in every project he completes. With over 30 years’ experience, a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship, Craig treats every bathroom as if it were in his own home. His work is finished to the highest standard, and he's known for leaving every job spotlessly clean and tidy.

When he's not transforming bathrooms, Craig loves spending time with his family, who are at the heart of everything he does. He's also a huge animal lover and always enjoys meeting customers' pets – especially dogs! Don't be surprised if your four-legged friend gets just as much attention as your new bathroom.

Friendly, reliable, and passionate about his craft, Craig is dedicated to creating beautiful bathrooms while making the whole experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Paul

Gas Engineer

Meet Paul – an experienced gas engineer and plumber who has spent his entire working life in the trade. With decades of hands-on experience, there's very little Paul hasn't seen or solved. His extensive knowledge, practical skills, and commitment to doing every job properly have earned him a reputation for reliable, high-quality workmanship.

Outside of work, Paul has a real passion for motorbikes and loves nothing more than watching the racing whenever he gets the chance. When it's time to unwind, his favourite place to escape to is Cornwall, where he enjoys the stunning coastline and relaxed pace of life.

Whether it's a routine plumbing repair, a gas installation, or a more complex heating issue, Paul brings experience, professionalism, and a friendly approach to every job.

Sally

General Manager

Meet Sally – the friendly voice you'll hear when you call Apex to book an appointment. As the first point of contact for our customers, Sally loves helping people and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She thrives on the variety her role brings, with no two days ever being the same, and can't imagine doing anything else.

Well... unless she wins the lottery! In that case, you'll find Sally living her dream on a smallholding, happily looking after her menagerie of animals and enjoying the countryside.

Friendly, organised, and always happy to help, Sally is dedicated to making sure every customer receives a warm welcome and a great experience from the very first phone call.

Will

Electrician & Owner

Meet Will – Apex's qualified electrician and the man behind the business. Will is passionate about delivering high-quality work and making sure every customer receives the best possible service. With a wealth of experience and a keen eye for detail, he takes great pride in every electrical project, no matter the size.

When he's not on the tools, Will has a real passion for property development and is always on the lookout for his next renovation project. He's also a huge fan of fast cars and looks forward to his annual trip to the Nürburgring in Germany, where he enjoys the thrill and excitement with a group of close friends.

Will is also a big animal lover, so if you have pets, don't be surprised if they make a new friend while he's visiting. Friendly, approachable, and dedicated to his work, Will is committed to ensuring every Apex customer has a first-class experience from start to finish.
