I've used Apex for bathroom renovations in two different homes, and I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.

The first project was a family bathroom in the small cottage where space was really limited. Sally was incredibly helpful - she went out of her way to help me find the right fittings to make the most of the space. At the same time, we were also renovating the kitchen and suddenly found ourselves without a plasterer. Sally stepped in and helped us sort it out, which meant we avoided delays with the kitchen installation. This gesture truly shows Apex's commitment to their clients.

The second time, Apex renovated both a family bathroom and an ensuite. Once again, the team demonstrated outstanding attention to detail and a genuine desire to help us make the most of our space. During the fitting they worked carefully and respectfully, doing everything they could to minimise disruption to our daily routine. Their thoughtful approach even extended to accommodating our indoor cat, who is known for attempting to escape - no small task!

The results both times were fantastic. Apex are reliable, professional, and genuinely care about doing a great job. We're so happy with their work and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking high-quality plumbing, heating, or bathroom fitting services - we wouldn't consider using anyone else.

From start to finish Apex were absolutely brilliant. Sally in the office was warm, friendly and incredibly informative - she guided me through every stage of the planning process and even gave me great advice on the perfect tile colour to match. Craig, who installed the bath, was punctual, professional, and extremely skilled. He worked tidily and paid attention to the smallest of details, right down to ensuring there was no sharp trim on the bath edge.

The end result is fantastic and I couldn't be happier. I'm so pleased with my new bath and would thoroughly recommend Apex to anyone looking for quality workmanship and excellent service.

The bathroom fitting and tiling is top quality, Everything was done with real attention to detail, and the finish is spot on. You can tell the fitter takes real pride in their work, and the end result speaks for itself.

From start to finish, Apex have been amazing to work with and we are so happy with our new bathroom.

Sally is very attentive and easy to communicate with. We had a lot of back and forth regarding showroom visits, brochure queries and changes in design due to our bathroom size. She gave us great ideas to maximise our design in the space we have and even had drawings made up for us to imagine the final look.

Craig the fitter was brilliant. The tidiest workman you'll ever have the pleasure of working with! It took multiple days of long shifts to complete but he was nothing but friendly and polite, always double checking any changes with us first.

The bathroom was finished to an excellent standard and Craig even came back at a later date to install our tile perfectly, once it had finally arrived (ordered this from elsewhere, not from Apex).

We are so happy working with the Apex team that we've since had Paul to check over our boiler and Craig to fix another issue in the house. Craig has also installed a new sink in our utility and a new toilet in our cloakroom, all done to an excellent standard.

We've found our bathroom people for life now! Would highly recommend Sally, Craig and the Apex team.

We are so glad we found Apex plumbing and heating services and we highly recommend them a great company to deal with, providing excellent workmanship throughout the installation of our new shower and toilet room we are highly delighted with the finish.

Apex completely refitted my en suite. I'm very pleased with the job - the quality of work is fantastic. All waste materials were taken away so I didn't have to worry about that. Sally in the office is always a pleasure to deal with and having Craig on site doing the fitting was great. Apex also recently replaced my boiler which was done quickly, without fuss and (most importantly since it was the beginning of Jan) without any hiccups. I would definitely recommend this company without hesitation.

We used Apex to advise on and completely renew a bathroom in our bungalow. The service from start to finish was excellent and the work itself was carried out to a high standard throughout and with minimum disruption (thank you Craig!). We have no hesitation in recommending Apex and will happily use their services again should we need them.

Apex did a boiler replacement for us and we couldn't be more pleased with the service. It was done within 2 days, which was nice as it was Jan and very cold, out with a minimum of fuss and disturbance. Sally in the office is very easy and pleasant to deal with and gets everything sorted perfectly. Paul and Craig the installers were the epitome of consummate professionals and also very friendly and a pleasure to have in the house. I highly recommend this company!

I am delighted at the work and customer service provided by Apex. Sally went out of her way to keep me informed and get a plumber for my boiler, as soon as possible. Paul, the plumber, quickly found the fault, explaining clearly what had happened. He then checked another potential leak and quickly replaced the part. It is so good to have such reliable service, with such care and attention to detail. Thank you Apex.

Excellent speedy service, friendly and helpful team who looked after fitting a new sink for us and removal of the old one. No mess left behind afterwards. I couldn't recommend them more.

I would use Apex Plumbing and Heating again. They changed a leaking tap which they supplied for me, they even gave me a choice of taps to choose from. Came on time and did a good job and it was a good price.

Organising a boiler service was easy, Sally being so pleasant and accommodating. Paul diagnosed a leak, which was explained clearly and simply. The leak and service were efficiently fixed. What a pleasure to deal with Apex.
